-Mission-

Kodiak River Runners was established in 2022, the culmination of several years of envisioning and planning. Our dedicated mission is to provide unforgettable experiences centered around fishing and fun, creating lasting memories for you and your loved ones. We are excited to announce that bookings for summer 2024 adventures are now open.

-Safety-

At Kodiak River Runners, your personal safety is our number one priority, and safety restraints will be worn by all passengers at all times.

All sightseeing tours, if we see wild animals, will be at safe and respectful distance recommended by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.

**Please note that a liability release waiver must be signed before the start of each trip. This form will be provided for you to sign on the day of your trip.

-Documentation Needed-

All anglers over the age of 18 will be required to have in possession:

  • a Valid photo ID

  • an Alaska Fishing license for the applicable year please visit: http://www.adfg.alaska.gov/ to obtain a fishing license online or visit any number of locations around Kodiak, such as Big Ray’s, Walmart, and the ADFG field office.

-Transportation-

We will meet at the Saltery Cove Trailhead at the American River parking lot the day of the trip. Arrangements will be made for the exact time we will be meeting at the trailhead. The day will start at the time.

We can also pick you up in town if you need a ride.

Please note that cell phone reception is uncommon on the drive to the trail head, as well as in the parking lot, and non-existent for the rest of the trip.
